The “End User” Experience
A key to providing a stress-free, user-friendly experience for visitors to your payment site is the elimination of data entry wherever possible. Our registration process helps by storing the visitors billing information. Once registered, they simply log in using their email address and password. Additionally; our system is designed much like a shopping card. Users add products and/or services to their “payment queue” by clicking the ADD button. The point and click user interface simplifies the process for everyone.
Products & Services Customization
Payment Options are a major contributor to the ease with which “Payers” successfully complete transactions through your payment site. We interview you during our demo set up process to better understand your products and services. Then we build the custom site and invite you to an online demo. You direct us to tweak this section before the system goes live and then simply call or email us anytime you need to add, delete or make revisions.
Our system allows the grouping certain products and/or services into categories. Users click a category to narrow the list of items to a more manageable set of options.
Donations & Event Sponsorships
501c3 Non-Profits use product options to establish defined levels of support for both donations and event sponsorships. Additionally, they often add a “Free-Hand” field allowing contributors to enter an amount of their own choosing.
